Terms of Service
Pilot and trial (§4a)
We clarified how a separate written Pilot Agreement works when you and LEVRG execute one: that agreement governs the pilot and controls over the trial section in the Terms when there is a conflict. If you do not have a separate Pilot Agreement, the trial obligations in §4a of the Terms still apply.
LEVRG sales representatives (§1a)
We added language that independent contractor sales representatives are not authorized to bind LEVRG except in writing, and that verbal or informal commercial promises from those representatives do not create obligations for LEVRG. We also added a reporting contact for concerns about representative conduct.
Privacy Policy
We updated the effective date and clarified how long we retain certain deal-feedback and product-usage metadata used for coaching and analytics, consistent with how the platform operates today.
