- Data security summary §4: subprocessors table updated (Apollo.io, Clarity, LiveIntent, SendGrid webhook, first-party telemetry).
- Privacy §7 and data-security §4: Cloudflare CDN/DNS/proxy added as a subprocessor (separate from Turnstile).
Summary
This update refreshes our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Data security summary (version 2026-06-13) to reflect current product features and third-party tools in use. The full legal text remains on the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service pages.
Privacy Policy
In-app Suggestions (§2, §4)
When you submit product feedback through the in-app Suggestions feature, we collect the text you provide and any screenshots or attachments you choose to upload. LEVRG operations staff review this content to operate and improve the Service.
Terms of Service
Service scope (§1)
The Service description now includes the in-app Suggestions channel (with optional screenshots) and rep recognition features such as usage badges.
Customer Content (§10)
The Customer Content definition now explicitly covers in-app suggestions and optional attachments submitted through the Suggestions workflow.
Data security summary
Subprocessors (§4)
The subprocessors table now lists Apollo.io, Microsoft Clarity, and LiveIntent (public marketing pages only), SendGrid Event Webhook (email delivery telemetry when configured), and first-party product telemetry (replacing a generic analytics row).
Cloudflare is now listed separately from Cloudflare Turnstile as the CDN, DNS, and reverse proxy for all traffic to levrg.ai (IP addresses and request metadata). Turnstile remains listed for bot protection on public forms only.
