Summary
This update refreshes our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Data security summary (version 2026-06-22) to disclose the conversational analytics feature for authorized managers and administrators.
Privacy Policy
Information we collect (section 2)
The Analytics data bullet now includes analytics query interactions and aggregated performance metrics derived from deal records when an authorized manager uses conversational analytics.
AI processing (section 5)
Section 5 now describes three AI processing contexts:
- Coaching and talk-track expansion (existing behavior, clarified)
- Conversational analytics query routing (when enabled): free-text question text sent for intent classification; no deal records or rep/buyer PII in prompts
- Conversational analytics narration (when enabled): aggregated result rows including rep or store display names and performance metrics sent for plain-language summaries; raw deal records and transaction-level financial data are not included
Terms of Service
The Service (section 1)
The feature list now includes an optional conversational analytics capability for authorized managers to query aggregated performance data using natural-language questions.
Use of AI services (section 5)
Two additional sentences describe AI use for conversational analytics NL routing and optional narration, consistent with the Privacy Policy.
Data security summary
Subprocessors (section 4)
The OpenAI row now includes conversational analytics query routing and result narration when enabled by operator.
AI processing (section 5)
Section 5 now covers both coaching expansion and conversational analytics (query routing and optional narration), aligned with the Privacy Policy.
