Privacy §8: deal records are retained indefinitely while needed to operate the Service (PII still anonymized on verified deletion requests).
Privacy §8: post-deal feedback logs are retained for at least five (5) years from write time.

Retention (§8)

We updated default retention for two data classes:

Deal records — retained indefinitely while needed to operate the Service and provide analytics and coaching history for your dealership, unless shortened by contract or law. Verified deletion requests still anonymize PII-bearing fields per our existing workflow.
Post-deal feedback logs — retained for at least five (5) years from write time (longer when needed to operate the Service). Purge from retention storage applies only after that minimum window under our operator procedures.
